About me!

Hello Pretty Girls!

My name is Maria:) I am currently in school for accounting; but trust me- I have far more interest in philosophy than in debits and credits! I read a ton. As a result of that, I needed a place to throw all of my thoughts. I figured that maybe blogging could be my niche- I can apply a 20 year old girl view to old favorites like Nietzsche, Kant, and Aquinas.

Speaking of Aquinas, I am Catholic. I was a staunch atheist until about two years ago, but recently I have thrown myself into the faith. It's not easy being a college student and catholic, but hopefully I can help other girls navigate this! I will be applying a Christian worldview to many of my posts. I know I would've rolled my eyes at that a few years ago, but I encourage you to keep an open mind.

In addition to philosophy and religion, the other main focus of this blog will be self improvement. I have had a lot of health issues in my life, which led me down a path of holistic healing. I will make it a goal to discuss natural methods of health, but also mindset shifts to bring out the femininity that may be dormant inside of you.
